Miss the ole gary nest ...
Re: Practice Thread
A second quirk of the software is that pictures that are 500 pixels or less in width will show info about the picture underneath them, like the pictures Debs posted just before this post. We're hoping that will be fixed in the next update of the software, or there may be something we can do to fix it - but not for the next few weeks when we'll be too busy to try editing the underlying software.
Less than perfect solution - when possible, attach pictures that are at least 501 pixels wide.

Re: Practice Thread
Trying to get rid of "Attachments" label above s'caps............. Don't seem to be able to do it. Tried several times.
Well, finally got it..........but it seems like an awful lot of steps to do, and when things are busy on the nest, it will be a nuisance. Will try another one to see if it is quicker this time.

Another try.
Much faster just to slide the picture.

Re: Practice Thread
It's not intuitive, but once you've added a file, if you click the "Place Inline" beside that image, the image will go wherever your cursor is, rather than ending up at the end in an Attachment box.

Re: Practice Thread
Thanks Judy........I have it now, but have to say I don't like the extra steps to get it there. And I think zoomers may be tempted to just slide the picture in, rather than clicking on the "Place Inline" box. Things can happen really fast sometimes and if a zoomer is the only poster, they may want to do that instead, although it doesn't look as nice to have the "Attachments" label there.

Re: Practice Thread
What do you mean by "slide a picture in"? This may be something I haven't learned yet!
And you don't have to mess with FILE tags and remember which number is which.

Re: Practice Thread
Judy, here is my desktop. I find I can slide the picture from there to this box..........it works without ticking all those boxes........but it does have the ATTACHMENTS label at the top. I will slide it over here to show you. It is very fast and simple to do. S'caps go into there in the order you slide them over in. I use this kind of thing in my personal email program all the time.

Re: Practice Thread
Neat! And a lovely picture, too!
I don't think I ever slide anything anywhere - tried way back when, but sometimes files are copied and sometimes they're moved, and I sort of gave up on it. My s'caps go to a folder, and I click Browse and they're usually the top pictures there - so for me it's quick - but I can see how this would work better for you. I don't remember seeing any way to turn off the Attachments label, but I'll take a look.
