Hi,
Just some piks of the nest and visitors. Would anyone care to guess the age of the sub adult? I am thinking 31/2 to 4 years old.

After going back and watching the video I think the BB is Mr. BB. several piks so you decide.

I know these are all similar but I wanted a few so easier to identify the BB on the nest. I really do think this is Mr. BB.

Hi BB lovers, I just got some info from Debbie O'Hara on chat from another nest. Shadow is the younger brother of Mrs. BB (Jackie). He is referred to as Mr. Speckles. Debbie said that Stormy has been seen recently and although he is missing a tail feather, he is doing fine.

I have been reading the posts in the chatters forum and now know that Stormy has not been seen for a while. The person I referred to in the previous post lives in the area and was only reporting what she thought was accurate information. I, like everyone else, hopes that Stormy is OK and will be seen again soon.

Hi jwin. Thank you for checking the nest. I haven't had time lately. Nice to know Mrs BB has a name, Jackie. She was at the nest briefly this morning.

Reading FB and catching up on this nest. Mrs. BB (Jackie) and Shadow have been here on a pretty regular basis. Mrs. BB sleeps on her favorite branch and Shadow ( who they say is Mom’s sibling) is doing nestorations. Mr.BB hasn’t been seen in the area in the past month. No confirmed sightings of Stormy but there are many juvenile eagles in the area and some think one is Stormy.

Hi jwin, I agree; the new cam is awesome. From what I’ve read on their FB page, Mom BB and Shadow have been here pretty much all summer. Pa has been around a couple of times. This is going to be an interesting situation. Maybe another trio nest?
