1:05pm logging onto the cams to have a quick look about.

1:28pm logging off the cams.
Didn't see anything worth reporting. Day patrol on East cam.

2:54 pm - I am logging into the cams. Looks like an adult is on the "old' nest tree right now

From the rollback - at around 2:25 pm the adult was in the old nest tree

2:56 pm - got on the cams, had the East cam on the adult but decided to look around with the West cam....of course that's when the adult flew off

I think this is the closest I have seen the adults fly to the new cams

2:59 pm - found a hawk in one of the nearby east field trees. It's extremely foggy out so really hard to see in the distance. I tried checking some of the poles and towers but wasn't able to find anyone perched there.

3:12 pm - looks like one of the Tower adults is enjoying a meal on their right pole

3:19 pm - the hawk remains on the east field tree...very close to the nest tree

This is where the hawk is as seen from back at the nest

3:17 pm - the tower adult flew off their right pole and landed on their nest before moving out to the left side of their tower

3:25 pm - the hawk flew off the east field tree...heading downward

Then came back a minute or so later, landing on the same spot

3:38 pm - no other sightings. I am now off the cams. The East cam is on day patrol.

4:11pm logging into the cams.

4:18pm one of our pair in the last nest tree when the 2nd comes in for a landing.

This so awesome seeing our pair at the old nest tree. What a beautiful sight seeing them close to home..

This is the tree where the nest previous was correct? The one we had taken down after we built their new nest.
If I am understanding the posts. The tree by the barn?

It is exciting to see them this close.. pure joy

well, a good sign. Just awesome seeing them.

Dont think we have seen them this close or at the tree of previous nest before, I don't think we have. But I may missed a post of them on forum if they have been seen. And them perching in the tree as getting dark is awesome ..

Maybe, just maybe they will make thier way to the new nest n check it out. One as always optomistic .
Even though they have started to build a nest in the center tower, perhaps they will eventually seek out the new condo..

Wind is picking up .. looks maybe stormy weather on the way.
