It has been a quiet evening at the nest. I haven't seen a feeding since I have been her. I am off to bed now. Goodnight sweet Chip and Mom and dad.

7:32am - Oh No! I am just coming in to check on the nest. When I left last night all seemed good! What in the world could have happened? This is just so very sad. Chips was so healthy and active! I do not know what to say right now. :brknhrt:


ADD: Bev, in reading back I see where you wondered what Chips was fed last night and when I watched the last feeding I saw, he was being fed the remains of the frog (I think I may have posted that somewhere) . I wonder if there was something wrong with that frog?

I laid in bed last night thinking that I wished they wouldn't eat the frogs if they are in the shallow waters of the golf course. I would think golf courses use lots of chemicals to keep there greens looking so good.
