10:59am...........Absolutely nothing going on at the neighbour's tower............I am inclined to think there are no eaglets this year. If they had an egg at all, it may not have hatched, as we did often see an adult there seeming to incubate. Or if an eaglet did hatch, it may not have survived. :( We will never know. But by now we should be seeing something on the nest and we aren't.

2 eagles soaring in this area.

Looks like parent brought in a small fish for each of Dusk and Dawn. They are now self feeding.

1:27pm.........Thank you Roy............I will have a look at the rollback..........I am IN on the cams.

From the rollback: It was Pa both times who brought a small fish to each eaglet. At 12:00 noon Pa delivered the first one.......both scrambled for it but Dawn was the winner of that one! Next at 12:05pm Pa brought in another one which Dusk grabbed in his/her beak. Two happy eaglets feeding themselves.............small prey, just the right size for beginning self feeding.

1:48pm.......Good thing Dawn still has all those fuzzy white feathers on top of h/h head.............the best way to ID them at the moment.

Lots of trilling is heard...........must be an adult up top out of sight. Can't see it with the cams.

1:53pm............Here is the reason for the trilling...........adult now on the middle tower...........could be Ma looking at the bulky shoulders.............Pa likely up in the tree as he was the last one here when the lets got their fishes.

2:23pm.........There was an eagle flying around beyond our adult on the tower...........maybe one of ours looking for more prey. I managed to follow it all the way from there to the right of the stick trees.............then lost sight of it.

2:26pm..............Dawn standing in the nest, Dusk lying down. I can hear adult trilling again, so our parent must be up top. The other adult is still on the middle tower.

Trilling continues............must be warning someone away.

I am now OFF both cams.
