3:52 pm in rollback, honestly I am not sure if Dusk tipped over or he/she tried to mantle that food. Regardless he/she went after it.

3:54 pm in rollback, Pa finished feeding the snack and leaves the nest. Looked like he may have gone up to the branch the way he hopped up.

3:50 p.m.: Pa arrived at the nest. I'm not sure if he delivered a mouse, or unearthed it as he was aerating and digging at the nesting material.
3:52 p.m.: One of the eaglets ran over, grabbed the mouse and mantled over it. Then Ma arrived, engaged in a mouse tug-of-war with one of the eaglets, and Pa flew off.

3:53-3:54 p.m.: Ma begins feeding the mouse to one eaglet, then the other comes over to join in.

Let me know if my parent IDs are incorrect in my screenshots. I thought the second eagle to arrive was Ma, because that eagle looked bigger. But I'm not sure!

SueD you were correct with your ID. It was Pa that came in with the rodent, and then Ma came in and took it from Dusk and then fed h/h. Great job catching that. Was funny to watch, especially the tug-o-war.

Pa is in with some kind of prey. I couldn't figure out what it was

Pa starts feeding to Dawn first

4:02 pm - from the rollback - Dusk didn't seem to want whatever this prey was. H/h crop is pretty full so maybe s/he is not hungry. Dawn got most of the bites from this feeding.

5:04 pm - the eaglets remain in their places until Dawn gets up for a PS
2018-05-17 20_11_56-Greenshot.jpg
5:06 pm - and then it is Dusk's turn for a PS

6:11pm........Thank you SandyW, SueD and SueB for keeping us up on things here! Our eaglets are getting enough food today to keep them satisfied, but it has been a few small meals, rather than one big one! I am also noticing Dusk and Dawn becoming more aggressive in taking food as of late. That is all part of growing up and an important skill to develop!

Thank you, SueB! I wasn't sure ... and I have a lousy track record in identifying all the various eagles, so I don't trust myself. That tug-of-war was quite something. I was glad the mouse was already dead!
