I find this such an odd thing to view this nest. There almost seems to be a strange bird in the
nest and our cute baby just disappeared. So hope next season is better.

I captured a few today for your enjoyment. Mom still has the dirty head with Dad a pure white crown.
The youngster spent the day between being on the edge and resting with wings spread to stay cool.
A few wingersizes but not really in the fly away mode yet.

Mom stops by and is either being very vocal or is very hot. She brought in something for the
younster.

Mom quite vocal. Then Dad pops in for a visit. And Mom being sure she gives a life lesson
as she swipes the food from the youngster.

Mom very warm and about to give life lesson again. The youngster still does not
take over the food. Pretty easy for Mom to take away and the young one likes
being fed.

Pop joins the family for a while

Mom and Dad discussing the day while youngster eats.

Mom brings a fish, then within a short time takes it away. The young one
does not really fight for the food yet.

Dad brings more food, but he/she not very interested. Appears to be well fed!

5:15 pm At it again. Practice, practice.

Came back to room and saw a "white" bird of some kind had been
brought to the nest. Youngster seems to be dealing with it.
Not my cup-of-tea.

4:42 pm Practice time again. Hops across nest and wingersizing again
today. Saw he/she get pretty agressive with parent who brought food.
But then really likes being fed!
