Delta2 2020 -2021 Observation and Discussion Thread

9:49 am - our adult that was on the center pole had flown off at some point.....didn't find them on any of the poles or tower.....had the cam pointed at the evergreen tree and luckily caught one of our eagles landing there...I think that is Ma

Heard some vocals at the nest tree and found Trooper on the nest

9:53 am - couldn't get a clear shot of Trooper's beak crease but pretty sure this is him...his has a little beak bling

Trooper headed up to the back branch...luckily we can see Ma out on the evergreen tree too

10:10 am - last look around.....someone on the church cross

And a young eagle back on the first pole

10:12 am - I didn't see either of the Tower eagles as I went around.....back to Ma & Trooper...both still in the same place...Ma out on the evergreen tree....Trooper on the nest tree branch looking around

Ma preening

Someone is on the nest.

Maybe eating - the motions look right.

Jean: Thanks for answering my question (Does Ma have another name?). Whew!!! I'm glad I hadn't missed something!!! She will remain Ma and I'll just be Auntie Carleen!!!

The eagle stopped eating and left - and a moment later an eagle arrived with a huge stick.

And now the eagle is working on what must be a food item on the nest.

11:27am logging into W cam.

One of the tower eagles is on their left pole.

Looks like Ma and Trooper are at the first tower.

12 noon. Ma and Trooper still at the first tower.

I am logging off the cam... maybe pop back later.

Don't see any visits to the nest in the last hour.

1:12pm logging into W cam... cause that's all there is.

Looks like either Ma or Trooper is still at the first tower. Will look around for their mate.

An adult eagle here, but not ours.

Sub adult on the evergreen. Lots of black on its head and tail. This is not Ma or Trooper.
