6:36 am - Good Morning Delta 2! I have checked the rollback and there's been no one on the nest. I will log into the cams now so that we may see the eagles come out of the stick tree this morning...hoping they come to the nest
6:40 am - it is still quite dark out this morning....Sunrise is at around 7:18 am.....I was hoping since we now have a good view of the stick tree from the W Cam that I would put that cam out on the stick tree and leave the E Cam on the nest but I may change that up if I find the lighting better on the E Cam
6:53 am - Yesterday morning the adult cam out of the stick tree at 7:07 am so will keep a close eye on the stick tree soon. Rooster is calling.
6:59 am - we cannot see the poles or towers right now due to the fog. Can see the evergreen tree but still a little dark. Rooster continues to call out....I wonder how Ma & Trooper are going to like their new neighbor?
7:15 am - I have not seen any movement in the stick tree and I have also zoomed in to try to find the eagles but can't see them.

7:27 am - I just noticed that the W Embedded Cam is offline....not sure when it went down but will try to report it.
Can just barely see the center tower...no one there.....I was able to check some of the other poles and towers and did not see anyone out there. The First tower is not visible at this time.

7:36 am - someone is now on the Far Right Pole....I don't think they were there when I checked a few minutes ago
I can now see the first tower and no one is there, or on any of the other poles or towersRe: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
7:38 am - I can't tell if this is someone here in the stick tree.....just need to get a little closer....but can't
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
Good Monday Morning,
Ty Sue for the updates this am. I've been on since 6:06 am nest time watching patiently.
looked like adult was still in the stick tree this am when you zoomed in few min ago.
Thought I could see white head..
My face is right up to screen to see like I can get any closer to what the cams are but
we get caught up...
We wait patiently for sight of our eagles, sound of Ma wonderful froggy call telling us She is Home!! , Trooper flying in to check the nest out for ma. Anything from our Delta pair..
We are on Eagle time..
We wait!

Center pole looks like could be someone on top with their backs to the cam? Mmmm

Correction: far right pole not center pole.
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
Good Morning Linux! I know what you mean about having your face to the screen. It's so hard to see clearly with the fog and not so much light. One could go blind trying to find these eagles, lol.Linuxgw2 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 05, 2020 7:52 amGood Monday Morning,

Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
From earlier....I just have to know these things and since I couldn't find an adult in the stick tree this morning....or the other bird that was there last night, I decided to check the E Cam rollback for just after I had check that far right pole, and until all of a sudden an eagle appeared there.....so this is what I caught at 7:28 am at the stick tree...that adult that was seen flying into the stick tree last night cam flying out and headed over the fields to the far right pole.....I am trying to check a little bit further on the rollback to see if that other bird followed them off the stick tree.
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
8:23 am - still only seeing the one eagle out on the far right tower.
I am now off the cams. Everyone have a great day!
Add: Looks like the W Embedded cam came up about 48 minutes ago.
Checked around a few times and looked through the E Cam rollback to see if I could find out when that other bird left the stick tree...if they left it....couldn't find it....no other eagles around at this time. It is very foggy out and sometimes cannot even see the far right pole....hoping it clears up later.I am now off the cams. Everyone have a great day!

9:13am.......... Good morning Delta2 friends! Thanks Sue and Linuxgw2 for your posts this morning! What a mystery we have here...............and this fog certainly doesn't help us figure things out!
I only have a few minutes but will try to have a quick look..............IN on both cams.

I think the server is being worked on.............don't be surprised if this is an ongoing situation for a while.

9:29am.....A very quick look..............not seeing any other eagles except this one on the far right tower.......some black dots at the bay but it is too murky to see what they are.
I am now OFF both cams.
