1:38 pm logging onto both cams for a few minutes to take a look.

1:49 pm lot of birds at the first tower and the neighbor's tower. Saw some too at the center tower and pole.

It is a beautiful afternoon at the Delta. Some clouds but looks so much more clearer now.

1:54 pm logging off both cams.
Just noticed both embedded cams went offline and are at 8:43 am. Will do a report on the tech thread. Zoomer cams are still online.

3:59pm.......Thanks Sandy and Linuxgw2.........the cams have been going on and off for a while now..........I think there possibly is a problem involving YTube and software, as I know the other cams are dealing with this too. Our tech area is aware of this and are working on things to resolve it.

IN on both cams.

4:14pm.......A medium sized bird flew past the middle tower as I was moving the cam there........not an eagle, but likely a hawk. Unfortunately with our embedded cams down it is not possible to grab a s'cap from the rollback.

This birdie was in the nest tree talking up a storm.

1:33pm......Looks like there is something wrong with the embedded cams..............behind about 15 minutes or more and the roll back must be manually moved, so it isn't LIVE feed. When moving the roll bar to the right it goes to play videos. :puzz:  Now I see they are both offline.

Report has been made.

1:46pm...........Had a quick look around the area...........no eagles in view.

5:33 pm - Good Evening Delta 2! I see the embedded cams are still down. I am going to give the zoomer cams a try and take a look around.

I took a look around and didn't see a whole lot....wasn't sure if any of these spots are large birds but they seemed to be...can't see detail so they could be anything
2020-09-22 20_41_50-Greenshot.jpg
Lots of little birds at the far right tower and on the wires
2020-09-22 20_45_46-Greenshot.jpg
And then came acrossed this someone on the pole a little ways to the right of the Tower eagles tower....very skinny....and I think I was seeing some white on the belly area so maybe a hawk

5:53 pm - as I was taking a look at the other large birds down at the bay, this one large bird flew by, heading to the right....not sure what it was though
2020-09-22 20_53_26-Greenshot.jpg
As I tried to follow that large bird I ran out of clearing on the W Cam, but kept panning to the right and thought that this spot may be something....again, so hard to tell what these are at such a distance but just pointing them out

12:21pm......IN on both cams..........

It is very wet today and will be for the next few days..........windy too. Not a good day to look at the poles as the cams are bouncing and we are looking through rain drops on the cam covers. :rain:

Embedded cams remain offline...........zoomer cams ok.

12:30pm......A quick check of the area...........no eagles to be seen.......no hawks either.......no birds at all.

I am now OFF both cams.

8:34 am - Good Morning Delta 2! Hi Linux! I am going to log into the cams now to take a look around. Cam cover has some rain drops on it so it may still be raining but we will give it a try.

8:39 am - sorry for the delay....my computer just woke up so I think I am asking it to do too much. Have the cams up but my computer doesn't want to work just yet, so it may be another minute.

Thanks for reporting it on the tech thread, Sue, so we can track what Ken is doing and how it's working. One of our theories is that the new YouTube software may not support lower resolutions or slower feeds; Delta is the only site with fiber optic, and it's been up the most since things changed, so Ken may be seeing if it will stay up at something below 1080p.

9:02 am - the wind is really blowing out there so it's hard to get a really clear shot of this bird but here is a cropped version from the W Cam

9:09 am - we have someone on the stick tree....brownish head, then black feathers below (could be dark because of the rain), and I thought I saw a white chest...or at least a little of it. Hard to get a good shot as the wind is whipping and we have no rollback so I can't stop the screen.
