3:29 pm Ma still incubating her eggs. I haven't found Trooper as yet. With the wind blowing, he may have tucked in someplace or soaring in the wind.

3:37 pm Ma in the nest. I am leaving the west cam zoomed in a bit to hopefully get a little closer look a the eggs.

to Anyone----Question---How do Eagles recognize each other, up close or at a distance---could be dangerous...maybe a call or ESP

My guess would be that they could recognize each other by their physical features such as feathers, colourings etc. that may not be noticed by us as humans, but more important than that and likely a more valid guess it that they each have unique vocalizations. 4:45pm.....Wonder if this is Trooper now on the distant evergreen tree? 2 Field eagles seem to be up top on their tower.

4:50pm......Ma got up to tend to the eggs......still not much of a view of them. We need our eggs to be alone without an eagle hovering over them casting a shadow or blocking the view!
