2:06pm..........It looks drier out there now..........hoping the rain is gone for a while. The eagles on the field tree and the middle tower were still there too. Maybe not too active right now with this wind?
I am now OFF the W cam.

3:12 pm - I am logging into the W Cam only. No one has been to the nest since Jean's last post.
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
3:14 pm - looks like both of our eagles are up in the nest tree
I will do a quick tour of the area to see if anyone else is out there

Okay, now who is out on the far right tower? Two eagles out there also....I sure do miss the E Cam at this time.
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
3:23 pm - three adults now on the nest tree
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
My goodness, Sue - there are a lot of eagles around Delta today! This looks like a juvie, though I'm not sure how far this is from the nest tree.
And someone on a post.
Wow!

Closer look at the youngster.

Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
3:23 pm - the one adult down lower flew off and one of the ones up top flew after them
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
3:23 pm - one remains up top as the other flew after the visitor
Looking around and found a sub-adult on the evergreen tree
The two someones that were on the far right tower are now gone but someone is on the tree to the left

Hi Judy! Thanks for stopping in....OMG! Lots of eagles...and this is right behind the nest tree...a place that Ma & Trooper perch quite frequently.JudyB wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 3:31 pmMy goodness, Sue - there are a lot of eagles around Delta today! 3:26 pm - and that Juvie is out on the center pole...I wonder if this is the same one from this morning?
And someone on the Delta Port pole
Young eagle still on the evergreen tree
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
3:28 pm - here is the adult up in the tree...I had heard Ma's vocals but didn't see this one vocalizing so maybe Ma is up higher....or on the front of the tree....can't see there except for with the E Cam.
Here is the young eagle (on the left) on the evergreen tree, and the adult up on the nest tree
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
3:38 pm - it's getting bright out there with the sun going down in the sky....but we have someone still on the Delta Port pole
We now have someone on the first tower, which is left of the port pole
And that young eagle is still on the center pole, which is to the right of the port pole
Re: Delta2 2019 -2020 Observation and Discussion Thread
3:39 pm - and this someone on the tree to the left of the far right tower is an adult eagle...can see their white head.
I did not see anyone on the right of center pole, or the far right tower or pole
