2:33pm - M15 picked up this large fish and left the nest with it.
(With all of the rain lately, M needs the food to keep his energy up in order to get more food for his family.) M15 flew his fish across the pond and headed towards the church tree area.

4:34pm - M15 arrived to the nest with a talon full of grasses.
4:34pm - Right after M15 landed with the grasses, Harriet & M15 are very vocal as
they looked above the nest tree.
.
4:35pm - Cam 2 view - It's been reported that a juvie flew directly over the nest tree...so this is why H&M were vocalizing!

Afternoon All
Been lurking and thought I'd say Hi to everyone, say how amazing little E14 is and to express my gratitude to all who make this experience so special. Caught this s'cap a couple hours ago. Saw a dimple moving in and out. though it was just a shadow, but kept going back to look. It's under and to the left of the ps stain. Maybe just a dimple, but I know we all have our fingers crossed. Happy Holidays to Everyone!

4:37pm - Continued - While still vocalizing, Harriet got up from the nest bowl, fast, and went to the Attic
where she is still vocalizing. 4:37pm - M15 went over to the nest bowl and covered E14 & Egg 2 with a thick clump of grass. (red dot) E14 and Egg 2 are completely covered with the grasses.

Re: SW Florida Eagle Cam 2019~2020
Just realized how silly it is to try to describe a location on an egg. Oh well. Seemed good at the moment. LOL
.
Hi herondance! Not silly at all! So glad you posted your s'cap!
I did not see a time stamp on your s'cap. Do you know what time it was when you captured this s'cap?
If you have a time, please let us know so we can go back to look at it.
It takes many eagle eyes to find a pip...so...Keep your eagle eyes wide open...and please include the time stamp on s'caps.
Thanks so much! Have a good night! ~Journi

4:37pm - Continued - E14 is peeking out from the clump of grass (red dot) and then...
M15 decided to move the grass off from E14 & Egg 2. 4:38pm - M15 moves that clump of grass around while he incubates Egg 2 and broods E14...but, E14
is more interested in seeing what dad is up to!

Hi Journi,
I went back in the video and the closest I could get for a time, on the above s'cap is at : -1:34 at 5:50 EST. Not sure how to provide a time stamp but it showed as -1:34 on the video, + or - a minute, at 5:50 EST, if that makes sense. Fingers crossed!
.
Hi! That info might help to find it! I'll have to wait until I sign off for the evening to go look for it, but maybe someone else can help us find it before that.
Thanks for the info! Have a good night! Journi
.
Update: Well, I found your s'cap at 16:15:23. (If you re-watch the video, you can start to see this mark at 16:15:15.) It was hard to see if the mark moved, especially when Zoomie zoomed in closer to that area.
Let's just watch for this area again and see if this mark increases in size. (Hopefully the rain won't wash the PS mark off tonight!)
Great eyes HeronDancer! Also, Thank you so much for introducing yourself to us! Please feel free to share any of your s'caps
with us anytime! Have a good night! ~Journi

Re: SW Florida Eagle Cam 2019~2020
So glad there a plenty of "eagle eyes" out there on pip watch!
That E14 is really wonderful. S/he is already tracking M15. I think E14 will try to fly next week!
Thank you Journi for all your reporting.
How cute is that for M15 to cover up his eaglet/egg.
Nothing is going to happen on M15's watch.

5:39pm - M15 is down at the pond and his duck friends are there to greet him!
5:47pm After M15 visited with his duck friends, he flew to the Attic. The rain has started coming
down steadily now. 5:51pm - Harriet is wet as she checks on E14. She prepared to incubate/brood for the night.
