That's why I borrowed the "pulling hair out" smiley from another forum - though I do generally like puzzles! :mihihi:

My thoughts are I like yours on Watching Eaglets Grow or Two eagles like Pittsburgh Hays and SWFL.

Thanks, Bev! Being naturally lazy ;) I'm waiting a bit to see if YouTube changes or removes the channel icons from the corner. If not, I'll probably check with the key observers for each cam to see what they would like for an icon, and if people want a little image like Pittsburgh Hays and SWFL use, I'll ask people to provide images to use. I think we could use the same picture for both/all cams at a nest - or each cam could have a different image. Once we know what YouTube is going to do, if we want to replace the generic images, I'll post the general requirements - though I think any pictures taken at or near the nest would be plenty high enough resolution.

Does that make sense?

It looks as if the channel icon is now appearing briefly when I bring up the embedded cam page and click play (along with the LIVE link and icons at the bottom), and then disappearing; it shows up when you hover over the cam viewing window (like the red line for the dvr) but not during normal streaming.

I noticed this on Surrey, and just confirmed it at Delta.

I think this solves the issue - without any work on our part! :thumlft:

Thanks for the report, Judy. I was on Delta earlier and noticed those circles were finally gone. Do you believe in magic? I do!

Sandy and others who had a 2 hour dvr - is it better since Ken rebooted the server?

Judy, it appears that the reboot has helped me so far and the DVR goes back to where it should. I haven't had to give it a hard refresh since Ken rebooted. Thanks for working on this!

The circles are there when I first activate the cam but fade away a few seconds later.

Good morning, Judy. Actually, the dvr rollback has returned to 12 hours. Yesterday (I think or the day before), Sue noticed it as she now had 12 hours and asked me if I did. And yay...I did see 12 hours as well. So all is good to go. 12 hour rollback on dvr and the channel icons are gone. All is right with the world. Thanks for all your help, Judy!
