Thanks for the updates, Bev - and I had a look at the underwater cam this morning. Lots of fish, and it sure is nice to know that cam is up and running now!

I checked back to your post, Bev ,and didn't see a visit....

Will check the flats for a few minutes now.

ADD: 3:45pm Visibility isn't great because of the rain - looks like a flock of ducks leaving the flats...
Untitled 41916 (2).jpg
ADD: 4:02pm More ducks? flying, and lots in the water, but I just don't see any eagles out there feeding...perhaps there aren't any salmon carcasses on the sandbars yet...?
Untitled 41919 (2).jpg
ADD: 4:18pm No eagles seen or heard! Will try to BBL...

Thanks, Bev - and will take a quick look around ... miss your sharp eyes, Heather!

Looks like the flats are bare - hard to tell because it's raining, though...

So glad you have power and are ok Sue , sorry i keep forgetting you had Dorian come through your town.
No problem, Heather! We lost over 100 trees in our small town, but suffered surprisingly little property damage (other than the trees). I'm told that the black locust trees, which were especially hard-hit, were planted to commemorate Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee. Such a shame!
Aww That is so sad Sue I just read Nova Scotia's apple crop took a beating ,especially the Honeycrisp orchards. :(
