For those who are not familiar with this nest, it's right in the middle of a housing development, on land set aside to make sure the eagles that lived here would also have a home. And that means that I won't keep the cam looking at the buildings - and I can't see out of the bottom part of the South cam - so I may peek down occasionally, but until we see a climber, I'm afraid that's the best we can do.

I was looking across at the South cam tree, and looked down, and things spun around; it's an interesting screenshot, but I totally lost my sense of direction.

That N cam seems to move really smooth.....a little fast going down to the ground and looks like you got flipped around Judy. Can see a couple lines.

My indoor/outdoor thermometer says it's still 77 degrees out, though the next few days are supposed to be more comfortable, Bev. Happily we have a/c in the room with our computers, though I'll need to turn it off once I start talking with the climbers.

It's a lovely 21-22 degrees here (about 70 deg F.) -very pleasant - good for the climbers. Next week is supposed to be hot so good to get this one done and over with!

I think that was Stan in the red shirt....and now I think that is Myles in the middle here. Not sure who the third person is on the left.

It sounds as if David has Myles, Stan and a third climber who has climbed Harrison Mills before lined up to do that, once they are reasonably sure the eagles have really left. I'm thinking it was the 12th the last time we saw anyone at the nest, and the 15th since we've seen someone near the nest - so maybe it's safe to set a date for HM.
