Now that I've found the North video of early this morning (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HSxX2pqTZc), I'm checking for IDs from the 5:35 visit. I saw what the adult brought and it was white, so I'm guessing either flounder or fish head.
Here's a fairly clear image of the two chicks, and I think the one at the top has the food item and the other one is trying to grab it, but I'm not getting a lot of clues from the tails. My guess is that it's Dee that has it (often looks darker and sometimes looks slimmer) -
- and I think I'm right because I got another look at the tail of the challenger, and I think it's Ess, though I didn't get a screenshot. Happily we're almost to the part where North is behaving like a normal cam - and I think this feeding continues until then.
OK - this is as good as it gets - Dee on the right is blurred (and eating), but Ess is still enough that I think we can see her lacy tail tips.

Current dvr for North starts at 5:53 am with Dee, I think, still eating, and Ess still trying for a grab. And then - Ess notices an approaching adult! And rushes over to greet him or her.
And claims the prize, which appears to be part of a bird (you can catch a glimpse in the video - I'm thinking road kill seagull or pigeon). And Ess gets a firm grip and does a lovely mantle. But the catch with mantles is that unless you back up against a tree trunk, there's not a lot to keep someone from sneaking in the back door - and Dee tries that.
And manages to grab a bit and brings it to the bottom of the screen, while happily Ess has kept the larger part, and is managing to work on her part while in full mantle position!
Some for Both (90 seconds, both cams)
I included the South cam views because I love seeing how well these young eagles are doing at pouncing and protecting and grabbing - and I'm still amazed at how huge they are now!
Ess got more of this meal, and I don't think Dee was able to grab a second piece - but Dee did get the first delivery, so they are both doing well.
Meal was over by 6:08 am, and Dee went up to the perch on the slanted trunk. Ess flew off the nest at 6:09 and Dee flew from the perch a few moments later; I didn't hear calling, so don't think they saw food. (Or maybe they're learning to be sneaky - but I sort of doubt it.)

One of the fledglings arrived back at the nest at 8:30 am and was checking for leftovers. And this is odd - but I don't think this is one of our fledglings. It's acting furtive - and it just doesn't look right for either Dee or Ess - and I can't say why. It's a big dark bird, just like them. Here's a picture, and I'll have a video in a minute. And at 8:33 am, Ess arrived from somewhere in the upper right - and the other chick left in a hurry. I am thinking we had a visitor.
Visitor? (2:40)
I'm thinking what's different is that some of the feathers on the side of the visitor seem to be outlined in white, sort of like Ess's tail feathers, but more obvious because they're against a dark background. Dee and Ess both have bits of white here and there, but not a pattern I can describe well enough to use to tell which is which.
Thoughts?
Added at 1:58 pm - this may be Dee; I'm having second thoughts, and looking forward to hearing what others think. It's not unusual for a fledgling to try to claim the nest and keep siblings off - and shouldn't be a problem for Dee if Ess succeeds because Dee can chase after the adults and get food from them away from the nest.

After chasing off the visitor, Ess took a little rest in the nest.
And then Ess decided it was time to work on the nest, and rearrange a few of those pesky big sticks.
Nestorations (2:11)
Ess flew off around 8:55 am.

This has been a busy morning!
9:17 am
Someone is back - tail looks like Dee's....
But the side view looks like the visitor.
And he or she took off when he heard Ess coming (this is Ess - he didn't wait for a picture) - so not Dee.
Ess flew off a couple of minutes later.

10:26 am
This looks like Sur arriving with a snack.
And here comes a fledgling....
So - who is this?
Definitely not Dee - I see white on the tail (I have a video of the initial almost 2 minutes of the feeding, and also saw it in the landing picture).
And it looks a lot like Ess, and Ess has been keeping an eye on the nest, and it's now 10:38 so the fledgling has been eating on the nest for over 10 minutes. She does keep looking around - but she has food, and she knows Dee and possibly the visitor might try to grab it. I think it's Ess - I really didn't see any white fringe on the tail of the visitor, and it's obvious here.
All for Ess (1:46)
Added - I've looked at the video of the visitor again - and this is Ess. If she wasn't looking around so much, I'd never have questioned it.

After the meal, Ess puttered around the nest a bit. And at 11:05, a fledgling landed, and Ess chased him/her off. Ess does try that with Dee, but doesn't usually succeed. Off to record the brief encounter and grab a screenshot.
Added -
Ess nearer the cam, other fledgling near the trunk.
I need to go back and take a look at Dee's side feathers - I don't remember anything white-tipped - and I don't picture Dee being this easy to chase off, but whichever one this is, she or he did land while Ess was defending the nest.
Ess Defends the Nest (41 seconds)
Ess lay down afterwards for a brief nap. She's having a busy day!
At 12:34, she saw someone coming and chased them off in less than a second - all I saw was lots of white under the wings, which is true of most fledglings. Then she went back to lie down again.
Ess flew off at a little after 1 pm - and as far as I can tell, things have been quiet since then.
It's now 1:40 pm, and the nest and visible perches are empty.

Re: Surrey Reserve 2018-2019 Observation and Discussion
Well - I think I've been wrong about who is who. I just went back to early this morning when both fledglings were on the nest, and watched for a while with a focus on Dee's feather patterns.
I no longer think we have a visiting fledgling in the mix - I think Ess has decided to keep Dee off the nest. This is definitely not the first time that one fledgling has decided to attempt to keep siblings from coming to the nest - and sometimes that works better than other times. In this case, Dee has been flying for almost 2 weeks, and Ess has been flying for 10 days - so both of them will find ways to get food from the adults without getting deliveries at the nest (and/or start grabbing some themselves, depending what's available).
These are pictures of Dee, from this morning.
Dee is on the right.
Dee is closer to the cam.

It's 2 pm and the nest is empty, and we have plans for dinner, so I'm not likely to be checking in again until the morning.

Hi Judy, all is a mess here today so not able to get back to you. I looked at the video and I too was sure we had a visitor because of the wing feathers. I thought for sure you were right. When I looked back earlier I could have sworn I watched one of them trying to put the nest together again ( something along the line of a parent?) I thought it was Dee but now I am so confused. She was picking up small bits of grass and moving them to the other end of the nest. I am not at all familiar with eagles fledgelings so don't go by me. I saw the fish head and I also saw a furry thing that (I thought Dee) was de furring? Did I wonder if maybe she caught it and brought to the nest herself? I didn't see a parent bring it in. I hope I haven't mixed it all up.

Here are some scaps I took when I went back.
Re: Surrey Reserve 2018-2019 Observation and Discussion
3 more then I got the spinning circle but it flew out shortly after the last scap. Who was it?

Hello Marg, I am really confused right now.. To me it looked like one of our fledgelings brought food to the nest...i that possible?
Good night, I am off sleep tight all.

Went back to where Judy B left off - Dee arrived at the nest at 2:08 pm.
She poked around in the nest, rested, poked around some more and laid down again until 2:48 pm ......
then she opted for the slanted branch for a few minutes before leaving at 2:53.
