4:17pm........Still not seeing anything on the second egg, but the hole in the first egg is very noticeable now.

4:22pm.......Ma is out like a light. If there is a hatch before dark she will likely have little sleep............she is smart to sleep when she can now.

4:26pm..........Saw Ma look this way and found Trooper coming in for a landing on the evergreen tree.

Brought the cam back to the nest in case he comes there.......want to see those eggs without adults over top of them if we have a COTG!

4:44pm..........Trooper is no longer on the evergreen tree......but there is an adult on the distant evergreen tree. No way of knowing if this is Trooper or not.

Just checked in quickly to see the progress of the egg before I close my laptop down for the ngiht.

5:08 PM: Mom rolls the eggs. I couldn't even see the pip from the first egg.

Good night, everyone! Hope I wake up to a sweet, little eaglet in the nest tomorrow morning.
It's a great event to get outside and enjoy nature. I find it very exciting no matter how many times I see bald eagles.
