Landscaping….Gardening making the front yard beautiful again after the messy roofers....2 days of pure :tt:  :tt: :banghead:

and then our Elle got sick :grhug:  :rh: :huggie:  :luck:

oh the stress ….they broke my bedroom window friends :grhug: yeppers cracked and not fixed yet but I did insist they clean up their mess so Gary and I could put down fresh top soil and grass seed now my garden is prettier than ever and after a month of no rain we put it down Tuesday evening and it rained Wednesday perfect grass growing weather and no more hair pulling out or stress except my bedroom window as I'm going to get it fixed myself and take it off the rent cheque in June...…who can I call cheap Scott only one side of the window but not the bars on the window side that opens but the secured side so if you want to break it all you have to do is tap it and shattered glass everywhere and climb in ....I paid a $100 a window to install bars on them when I moved in here 7 years ago February 2013 and now big crack down ther opposite window :faint: :banghead: :tt:

my beautiful grassy front yard and garden repairs

Good Morning......Thanks for the anniversary wishes, it was a fun day (it actually rained a bit!). Just for the record 49 years is a long time....unreal.

Mowing, yep, I understand, not up there on the top ten things to want to do list. That be why I wrote the silly poem.

I am praying, hoping, all goes well for our friend Lynda. Ian our hearts are also with you, knowing how hard this must be for you.

Have a wonderful weekend.....

Evenin' Luvs & dearest Lynda, your news is uplifting. :rh:

Carolyn, 49th celebration is awesome.
Y'all must have married young. What a joy to find your life love, no matter when.

It's great to see your posts Linda.
We miss you You are a lovely friend. :)

Iona, much love.

JuD, it lifts the spirit to get outside & work with nature & soul. Especially after winter. :thumlft:

Scott, Carolyn, about a month ago I got lazy AND lucky
A couple teens knocked asking to mow the yard for $20. I took them up on it. Then we bought a self propelled push mower. That may have been a mistake. I'm thinking about returning the mower for a refund. :D
Those PA bear cam vids make me realize even more how much I miss the Ely bear cams. Imagine how Dr. Lynn must miss them.

Hugs all around NestYas, JudyB, wind.

Good Evening.....

My favorite osprey are back from migration....that is exciting albeit both have not been on nest together yet.

I think the teens mowing is a great idea and a definite go for it, Naoma. We have a lawn service, after all the years doing it ourselves in NJ. Yes, we married "young", I guess. Not real young though. We just had Japanese food with my daughter and her family to celebrate our anniversary and the fact that Lottie, from China, has been with them one day longer than she was in China! Yeah...successful adoption and happy child, and she loves her sparkly light up shoes.

I am sure Dr. Lynn misses his den cams. It is what it is, I guess.

I am thrilled Lynda is going to go home. Keeping her in our prayers.....
hugs,
carolyn

Andi had her check up and she is "fabulous" according to the vet....yeah!

 Carolyn & Iona

I bought a self propelled mower a couple years ago Naoma and find it much easier mowing but I'm going to check the prices for having someone else do it this year. :)
