Mom trying to feed little one; without changing computers and scrolling back, not sure if this is the first attempt. I don’t think she has the “ small bites” down pat yet again this year. Baby might have gotten a morsel but no worries. Lots of good nutritious food on the nest for more feedings. Being an only kid, no competition either, unlike last yaer.

Hi, everyone!
Today I saw Mom almost step on this little guy! Good thing her reflexes were good. I think the wind caught her off guard. She did a hop and moved away quickly.

Nice afternoon meal!

So back to routine feedings and other regular duties.

I got to see a feeding finally. I have been busy and couldn't seem to catch a glimpse of the eaglet.
But here are 2 scaps. Baby looks happy and healthy.

Good morning
Dad brought Mom a flopping fish. Mom didn't seem too impressed. After Dad flew away the fish flopped away and Mom had to get up and stop the flopping fish from getting away.

The chick looked fine. A little sleepy but wiggly.
