Hi everyone! :)

One eagle on a north east branch just near the nest at 11.30 AM. Another was on the top rail of the AN as spotted earlier in my morning walk.

Oh something of note....

The house and property that the Pandora nest tree sits in is for sale. Quite a big back lot. Is the nest safe from developers? :chin: I hope it's protected {which I believe is the law}. Those who know can post a clear answer :hlp:

Steamer there are lots of rules regarding an eagle nest but perhaps someone else can post about it here.

That house did sell quickly!

Thanks for the input Marg and Karen :ty: At this point in time the house is empty so hopefully we'll discover soon who the new landlords of the Pandora eagles will be :luck:

As for the eagles....one on the nest at 10.05 AM and the other on the top rail of the AN at 10.15 AM during my morning walk.

Thanks for the report, Steamer! Any chance they're sitting on an egg now? It was around this time last year we became suspicious of eggs having been laid! :luck:

I don't think they've quite "settled in" but after what I saw today they may be getting closer :chin:

I'll be keeping my eyes out to see if they spend more time at the nest during my daily visits

Saw one on the rail of the AN this morning but nobody at the Pandora nest tree. Pretty positive no egg yet folks.

Hi Everyone,
Well Steamer I think you are probably right about the egg situation - I have been home all day and can happily report that someone has been in the nest quite a bit today and right now I can see a white head in there again. So hopefully any day now someone will be in there full time.

I think we're getting close Christine

Lots of activity at the nest today. First a loud greeting call at 10.30 AM. Saw one fly in well the other {the greeter} was already on the nest. Both on the nest for some loud talk as I carried on my walk.

Later at 12.15 PM more loud eagle chatter. As I got closer I could see one perched just to the side of the nest. Couldn't see the other but might have been low in the bowl. A few minutes later the one off to the side made a beeline towards Lafarge.

Yes someone has been in the nest a lot today. This morning I could see a white head in there until about 12noon when I had to leave for work. Also, Pa went to the old community garden lot this morning and picked up another dead plant and brought it back to Lady in the nest. At first I thought he was going to pick the daffodils growing in there - but no - he got the old dead plant instead - haha!

Good morning everyone,
An eagle has been in the nest bowl all morning since I got up at 7:30 and checked. I'll keep an eye on things today - fingers crossed (talons crossed - haha)

If I remember correctly, it was March 28 last year when we decided there was an egg! :luck: I hope we get our cam back so we can see if they appear together on the AN separately or not!
