Busy afternoon, Liberty did a lot of work this afternoon, Freedom sort of helped :D I will bet tomorrow will be another good day. In case anyone is wondering where the wonky stick came from lol.. you will find out! Liberty did her best

After being out of town two days a lot has been done with the nest! Thanks Philjo for keeping us up to date. I see lots of new nesting material in the nest and more sticks.. Just caught both in the nest earlier and they are still at it too!

Snowy and cold and lots of activity getting close to nesting time. Nasty weather coming over the weekend.

Friday cont...

Freedom came in the nest early this morning, brought some straw and scooted around. He sat in the bowl and took inventory and then left, Liberty came in a short time later and inspected. Later in the the afternoon the bird feeder watch started.. first one Blue Jay, then two then three then a Red bellied woodpecker! lol I think there is a corn cob with corn left on it in the nest!

Bonjour Philjo and Ferenz. Nice snaps Philjo of Liberty, both were in the nest but Freedom left and Liberty likes to take her time leaving. :D

Lots of activity this morning too! Bad weather coming in so they are getting in as much as they can... Including Freedom bringing Liberty a bird breakfast, looked like it could have been sea gull or pigeon. Nice to see the food offering and the fattening up for eggs :rh:

Bonjour Philjo and all who watch this nest. Windy Windy and cold are the words for the day! Both eagles have been in several times this morning, bringing sticks and working on the nest bole. Liberty loves to hang back and supervise the nestorations. Freedom does a great job picking the perfect stick and putting in the right place... until Liberty moves it :D :D
