8:00am - We find the E's sleeping soundly...

8:40am - It's a crop drop kind of morning! E12 goes first...

...then E13.

8:49am - Harriet watches over her territory while the E's are resting in their nest.

Beautiful and cute E12 is wide awake now!

[Journi]

9:17am - M15 arrives to a nest of sleeping E's with some fresh grasses.

M15 looks around to find the perfect place to put the grasses while the E's watch & learn.

10:22am - E13 pin feathers and ever-growing feet...

9:54am - Awesome M15!

[Journi]

10:24am M15 flies in from over the road and delivers a rabbit to the nest

Today...a lesson on how to de-fur a rabbit. E12 watches and learns from M15.

4:54pm - The E's are spending their afternoon relaxing together...

...and discovering that sticks & grasses can be picked up and moved by using their beaks...

and that it's hard to move around the nest with big feet!

A beautiful sun is fading over the horizon at the pines

[Journi]

6:02pm - Harriet & M15 spread moss around the nest...and the E's

Harriet & M15 moving sticks and aerating around the nest.

6:15pm - M15 left the nest and flew up to the attic. Harriet is continuing to aerate
and move moss around the nest.
