Just heard some trills - am hoping someone will come to the nest.

South cam is up (thanks, Ken!) but already starting to buffer and switch to the spinning circle.

Here's a picture of the nest - not seeing any obvious changes.

I'm going in on the cams to see if I can find the eagle I hear calling.

I added a new preset to the North cam - Nest_and_Woods - it's similar to Nest_Wide (which I may remove) - but shows more of the trees on the left of the nest, and less of the buildings on the right.

My thought is to use it when I'm close enough to the computer that I could log in and zoom back to the nest if an eagle lands - but perhaps we might see them flying in the distance.

Good morning, everyone - and thanks for starting our day, nightowl!

I heard a trill - hadn't gotten around to moving the cam back for a wider view - will do that now.

9:50 am
Took a quick look around and didn't see anyone. I'm out of the North cam now.

9:35 am Checked back to 7:25 am - no eagles!

Today we had a visit from black squirrel - He came out from the "den" - I am wondering if grey squirrel and black squirrel share their den or if it's "first come first served" that gets it for the night. They seem to take turns popping out from under the nest!
