Good to hear both your kittes are ok Pat.
A good example of different personalities reacting to a situation.
Judi
Great idea to have that poster on your car and putting a copy near the rat poison box elle.
Did you just print from their website or are they for sale somewhere?
Lovely "power of one" poem Carolyn.
Thanks for the s'cap and vid of the Berry College eagles first egg of the season Iona.

Good Morning All,
Zoe is slowly getting better, but is still a little skittish. Patience and love. Ohm!
Elle I'd love to know about the poster too (if you can purchase it). I'd love to post it, but want to make sure there are no copyright issues. It's a wonderful poster, I've never seen anything like it. And in my neighbor hood we have lots of outdoor kitties so I worry about them getting poisoned too. I guess I am the baby Seems strange to say.
Well we went to the gym last night and did yoga then rock climbed. The yoga was really challenging. It was vinyasa style (power yoga), so lot's of changing positions and tough positions too. Did ok, there were only two of the positions I couldn't quite do, and had to modify to make easier. Well here are some pics of the rock climbing. I was on the auto belay - the auto belay rope system doesn't require someone on the floor controlling the rope - and Erik took my picture. (40ft walls)
Hugs everyone

Scott and Pat: I just printed the picture from my computer. Copyrights did not even occur to me . I don't think it is an issue.
Pat: You are really getting fit! I ache just watching you. More power to you!

Don't forget the eagles M is bringing Rodents such as mice, rats and squirrels to the nest so Harriett can feed the E's so don't poison the rodents or you will kill the eagles

Good Morning All
Zoe is doing much better now. Last night she came and climbed on my shoulder for some petting and love, and stayed just a short time. She also came to bed with me and lay on my chest awhile for loving, then moved to my pillow to snuggle next to my head a bit, then moved to lay on my legs a while. Finally she went off for the rest of the night. It was so sweet to snuggle with my little girl again. She is still a little unsure when walking about the house, but each day she gets a little braver as there is no sign of the monster (the plastic bag).
They are calling for snow this weekend, forecast 5" to 10". Really not looking forward to it. Poor Erik will likely have to go in and drive the snow plow. Hope you all have nicer weather.
Hugs all around,
