Note - I'm putting together some of Lady's identifying characteristics, and when we noticed them; not worrying about keeping things in order yet.
On January 22, 2016, we discovered that Lady has a band on her right leg - http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/vi ... 444#845444
Yojopro's s'cap showing it:
JudyB's s'cap from February 19 (http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/vi ... 395#853395)
On December 18, we noticed that Lady was holding her right wing out from her body - http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/vi ... 347#836347; it did not appear to interfere with her ability to fly - and did make it easier to recognize her (s'cap by stim).
Looking back through the thread, I don't see any comments or pictures of her holding her wing that way before then, and there were a number of pictures that we ID'd as Lady, though I had to go back to December 12 (http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/vi ... 796#834796) to find pictures of both adults together.

Lady's identifying characteristics (Cont'd)
Lady's right wing was still sticking out on March 22 (http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/vi ... 399#863399), when the cam went offline for a few weeks (s'cap by stim).
Annemie reported that she noticed that Lady's wing was healing on April 1st, when she saw both eagles on the cross - "Lady's wing was drooping part of the time and part of the time she was holding it up. I have noticed the same thing a couple of days later when I saw her at the nest tree. So I think it took Lady about 2 weeks before she could keep her wing up most or all of the time." (http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/vi ... 320#872320)
Pat who lives near the new nest saw Lady's wing sticking out on April 7 (http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/vi ... 315#873315)
