I'm a little late, but I'd like to wish Loki (and older sibling Thor) a belated happy hatch day!

Loki hatched around 9:23 pm on April 6, 2020 - here's a picture of Thor and Loki from the morning of April 7th.

And here's what she looked like four years ago, on April 26, 2020.

Loki is the one nearer the top of the nest, who quietly moved around to the side and closer to the adult while the adult fed the older chick, so was well positioned to grab some bites once Thor slowed down. Posts about the feeding start here - viewtopic.php?f=114&t=407&start=2415#p321196

We now have a different pair of eagles at the Surrey Reserve nest, and we'll begin watching for their one egg to hatch on May first - thread is here - viewtopic.php?f=114&t=717#p696893

And now - back to what Loki is doing now - and how wonderful to be able to follow her travels for four years!
