French Creek is down - neither Ken nor I can reach the cam - and where it's a holiday weekend, we're not sure if there's going to be anyone who can check the site until Monday - and it may come back up on its own.

On another topic, Ken asked me to let everyone know that he's doing some work at his place which may require the cams to go offline briefly - probably just a few minutes. I don't know if they will all go down at once, or a few at a time. Ken knows we have a hatch in progress at Surrey, and will try to keep Surrey streaming or at the very least get it back up as fast as possible.

White Rock CU/West is streaming a black screen. I've sent a message to Ken. The cam is fine when I log in and the nest is empty.

1:16pm...At Delta2 we've had lots of issues with cam controls lately. Even worse right now. Lots of spinning circles on the rollback which makes it impossible to use and embedded cams as well. Controls respond in a delayed fashion and then overshoot the target considerably. Controls don't react when pushed. And now the E zoomer cam is jerking slightly.

We are on pip watch now. It is day 35 for our first egg. Hard to get a look when the adult lifts up as the cams don't respond right away.

W zoomer cam went black but came back on a moment later.

ADDED: Now both zoomer cams seem to be freezing completely or sticking.

Actually the cam probably doesn't need to be rebooted - what is needed is probably for Ken to refresh the feed going to YouTube. I'll send him a message.

Ken has rebooted both Delta cams; because the issue seemed to be with the cams, a reboot seemed the best approach. He then had to restart the streams to YouTube, because it now seems that rebooting stops the feed (which did not happen in the past, but YouTube has made a number of changes in the last year or so - and some things don't work the way they once did).

Ken has restarted the feed from the camera to YouTube - he said that seemed to solve the problem and a reboot wasn't necessary.

Message sent to Ken. I'll try giving him a call if I don't hear back shortly - but it is a holiday, and he may have family visiting.
