White rock
both north and Cu streams are pixilating /acting up.
Just checked CU zoom and it is also having issues. Freezing and jumping forwards and hesitating when zooming.

I hope you feel better soon, Bev!

I have noticed that the forum is quite slow at times, taking a while before an attachment uploads, and a while after I click Submit before the post loads and I shift back to viewing the forum - not sure if that's related or not.

I know we were getting close to capacity on the hard drives where the forum is stored, and our tech person David Hathaway is arranging for more storage, but I'm not sure if that is in place yet.

We also need to update the forum software, which may help with some of the glitches. Not sure when he'll be able to do that, but hopefully before too long.

Thanks, DDuckies! It looks fine now, so I think Ken noticed it before I saw you message.

Thanks, Rose - looks as if it's going now, so Ken must have noticed and restarted the stream.

White Rock North embedded is lagging about 25 minutes behind - I'll send a message to Ken.

I'm going to be away from the computer much of the morning - will try to check for messages occasionally, but not sure how the internet connections will be. Feel free to let Ken know if the cams go down, and please cc me so I'm in the loop. Thanks!

TY Bev
Thanks for the update, Bev - and sorry to hear that it's still happening. Today's been busy, but I should have some more time to look into this tomorrow or Thursday.

In case anyone else is reading this, Bev has a Mac computer, and this only started recently (in the last week or two?). She has the most recent software installed (and she hadn't made any changes before it started happening - just did the update in case there was something in the older version that stopped working.

She has "remember me" checked, and she tried shutting down her computer to clear any damaged cookies that might be causing a problem.

I haven't heard from other people having this problem - if this has been happening to you - please let me know.

We do have the forum set up so people are automatically logged out after an hour - but it you have "Remember Me" checked, it's supposed to automatically log you back in when you open the forum or go to another page or click on almost anything, I think. I do get logged out occasionally on my iPhone - but not that often, and definitely not after an hour. I use my phone to do a quick check for cams down messages and to check a couple of threads when I'm not near the computer, and probably do that a couple of times a day - and almost never have to log in.

Thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!
