**** lovinnature- How cool is that a frog house and frogs!! Maybe it was a squirrel that ate your doll on your bucket.
My squirrels like to gnaw on things. Glad you were able to get in your garden. I brought home some more flowers
yesterday- a garden's work is never done.
**** How about our E22 staying around? What a blessing HE has been.
My Sunday tune for all of you- blessed to know all of you and to share our love of eagles.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
It's another nice weather day here in Ohio ☀️

LAZYPARROT, I asked myself the same thing this morning, seeing e22 taking a nice bath...is today the day? :(
LOVINNATURE, I remember that "Ole Dan Tucker" song :D , but the lyrics were a little different.
I have a frog in an overturned broken clay flower pot :D
Also, something has been chewing on my trashcan lid...I store my deer corn in it ... probably a raccoon
PEGGY, I'm glad you have good weather day. Get out and enjoy! :)
SUE, your eagles are really beautiful 😊
Have fun planting more flowers 🌸🌼
"Blessings" is a lovely song...i feel blessed being here with all the chatters & the eagles ❤

Watch the cams, everybody...never know what e22 will be up to

OK.Lovinnature---here's your Starling Info. If you look closely at the pic I posted on May 19 and here you can see faint speckles---maybe visibility of speckles affected by light. Anyway Yellow beak and red legs = adult .

Oh, how sweet Sue. Better watch out, you will be trying to adopt those bunnies if you aren't careful. :D
You are lucky to have such beautiful eagles near your house. Now you can get your eagle fix for a few more months.
Happy 48th wedding anniversary! --a little late. Wow, only 2 more years and the big Golden one will be here.

Good morning ! Happy Monday.
 . Hello everyone

I would like to say it was good to start the day, doing early morning prayers with E22.
and singing along with the Mamas and the Papa's, Monday, Monday.

** Sue, OH NO you didn't !! You're not suppose to click on all those links, next to Latvia cameras !
Those booted eagles are so pretty. They are now going to cause me more heartache ! They have two eggs. Four days apart.
Does this mean the same thing will happen with the second egg/eaglet like the lesser spotted eagle's second egg ?
On the bright side your baby bunnies are so stinken' cute. Enjoy watching them. Love your eagles. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Lazy Parrot, thanks for info on the starlings. :thumlft: I can se the difference in the coloring on the young one.

Hi Peggy and Carol.

Today is...
International Being You Day.
This day invites you to celebrate being you. It is created for YOU, to celebrate YOU!
I'm going to celebrate me, today with ..
National Vanilla Pudding Day !
I also want to celebrate all of you, eagle nation people ! You guys ROCK !
HAGD

SUE, the booted eagle is adorable! :)
LOVINNATURE, I didn't have any vanilla pudding :D, but I celebrated being me today! :thumlft:
Hi, LAZYPARROT & PEGGY :)

I worked in my yard a lot today...maybe tooo much...once I get started, I can't stop-lol
Fed the deer, and got to see the friendly one (I named her Sweetie) that comes right up to me to be fed apples :) She's going to be having her babies soon.😊

Well, it sure turned out to be a great day, seeing e22 and M
Watching them fly and soar was great!❤

Hello everyone.
Stopping in to give you a astronomy report of what I seen in the tonight. 👀
May 22–23, the Moon will glide past Venus and Mars in the sky.
In the western sky, the Waxing Crescent Moon 11% illimitation, it is glowing red. Due to the the smoke from the Canadian wildfires.
Venus is also putting in her appearance. It is right next to the moon, and is shining brightly. Mars is there, below Venus.
Just not as bright. Venus wont' be setting until just before midnight, 11:52 pm. The moon sets at 11:41 pm. In case you want to look.

Here's a couple tunes to gaze at the moon by...

Falcon babies starting to quickly grab food--and large bites too. There is competition as far as grabbing food but no bonking or other aggressive behavior. :)

Good morning everyone, including Peggy and Carol. Thanks for astronomy lesson Lovinnature. I enjoyed "Dancing in the Moonlight" while picturing, in my mind, E20 and E22 dancing on the attic and higher branches.
Suemac--I forgot to tell you yesterday that I enjoyed the "Mommas and Papas" yesterday morning--even found complete concert by them. Listened while I filled Sweetie's bowls with fresh water, seeds, nuts, and fruit.

Today's new word:Tomial Tooth: n. A protrusion on the upper bill of some birds—including falcons, kites, and shrikes—reminiscent of a tooth. The “tooth” and the corresponding divot in the lower mandible allow the bill to act like a pair of shears, which may make it easier for the predators to sever the spinal cords of their vertebrate prey.

Picture and definition from "All About Birds".
I would be willing to bet that that tomial tooth makes it easier for Savanna to tear small pieces of prey for feeding babies. She does not seem to "tug" like the eagles.
