NATIONAL PET PARENTS DAY. . .
Today recognizes the pet parents who go the extra mile to care for their fur babies.
(I guess that should include all pets, not just fur babies).

NATIONAL BLUEBERRY PIE DAY
Each year National Blueberry Pie Day ushers in blueberry pie-making season. Blueberry harvest begins in April and lasts until September giving us a long season full of blueberry enjoyment. (and I love me some blueberry pancakes too).

Good Tuesday morning everyone. After E23 left the Drive Side Pond Snag early this morning, there was nothing to watch. Went to the Mississippi River Flyway site and enjoyed watching Mom and Dad Geese watching over and encouraging 5 youngsters to feed on grass seeds near water's edge. Beautiful and peaceful site.

Their bodies are almost as large as parents now.

Thought I'd stop by and I'm happy to see the camels 'round the Maypole Happy May to all of you.
