Scott I tried to post video explanation last night, b ut for some reason it didn't post. The last link is for a complete playlist of dog Fest videos. There are 7 videos attached to that link. I didn't know the it started with the Pam closing dance. If you want Check it out again, the are two videos of the puppies.

Love and hugs to all

Lovely pic of the perched hawk Judi. :)
We had wind and rain mostly overnight but no power outage for me. I'm not sure about the entire area though.
The perfect dog for you isn't available yet but you will find it. I saw today where the SPCA had to remove 97 animals from a place near Princeton today and there were several adult and senior dogs. Maybe one of those when they've been checked over would be right.

 it's me :)

I just read the details of Ted's party and it teared me up to feel the joy the bears bring to so many. If only all wildlife got the well deserved love & respect. :rh:

We're good here Judi, learning to live with our new way of life. Thanks for thinking of us.

Iona, the puppy vids & fest links you've posted are such fun to watch. :ty:
Dealing with Z & Sabel make me wonder if the SDP workers have a saftey cable attached at all times.

Glad Beta only brought rain, Carolyn. Downtown Houston has been a mess as long as I can remember; clear weather or storms.

Thinking of you Scott. Hope all is well there. My squirrels have been busy hoarding hickory nuts & magnolia seed pods which are 2-3 times bigger. They still make time to raid my birdseed tho.

Were just here waiting for the stork to call. It's that time. :thumlft:

Bye for now & :huggie:

All is good here thanks Naoma. I think squirrels will always find the time to raid feeders. :)
2 squirrels have been showing up lately but don't spend as much time on the deck as the previous bunch did nor have I see either sitting on the bird feeder.
I have seen them playing in the yard a couple times and found hazel nuts and a walnut buried near the sunflowers when I did a little weeding. When the pear tree started dropping fruit I saw one scurrying across the yard carrying a small one. I'd never seen that before.

Judi The cam was live a few days ago, but are now being worked on. Last time I was able to watch Harriet and E15 were hanging out in the top of the nest tree. Chat mentioned that M15 was upset because e15 was still in the area. Cam went down right after that

A regular visitor to my bird bath was interrupted by a squirrel today. The hawk was taking a bath as a squirrel was wandering around the yard. The hawk spotted the squirrel first but when the squirrel finally noticed the hawk it came in for a closer look. The picture gets quite jittery when I tried to get them both in the shot. The hawk was here for at least 20 minutes and the squirrel for at least 10. I'm glad it turned out as it did. :)

What a delightful bear report today, all and especially Scott. I am envisioning the cherry pit spitting out with Ted Bear years ago. Amazing......I love reading these.

Scott, my Internet has been patchy, flicking out, I read your report on the hawk and squirrel and thank you and saw the video. Also am glad it turned out that way, peacefully leaving. Fun read.....

Judi, we are fine here, as stated Internet has been not reliable so could not respond. We are still warm here, but has dropped some to some 70 or low 80 days...yeah! We all love it......

That be all....
