In orange Gaia fledged yesterday .

Pluto - the little brother - was spotted later with mom Diamond by one of the project manager. looks like he ate very well!
I delete the pic because I couldn't ask the photographer sorry.

And in Sydney se24 is spotted doing very well too. oh well I just realized the pics were taken on 10th November- before the fires coming close..

I know, Human stupidity his everywhere on our planet
Sorry for my australian friends but this is not an example to follow and especially when you have children on board.
We are at Port Lincoln, Osprey nest cam.
the 2 kids are in the nest, one is totally laying down the second one (he made its return flight 2 days ago and didn't try again) is obliged to fly away because, a boat with at least a man  and his kid :dunno: is coming to close of the nest  . The osplets isn't back yet.

Harriet disturbed by intruder who stayed for hours in nest tree; Harriet was on high alert, vocalizing just about all the time. Here is LadyHAwk's video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Se3CY5kqyM

From Lady Hawk

Part two of the intruder at the nest! 11.17.19

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wjyidxa ... jeT4uUMSCM

The drama and action continued to unfold in the pasture as the adult intruder was determined to stay in the nest tree. Here is a summary of what transpires in this video. These are local FL times for the action and not timestamps for the video like I usually post!

~~ 4:45pm M15 flies in from across the road, he has a fish, chases the intruder, then the intruder chases him. Harriet flies off the nest, then returns just as quickly. The intruder and M lock talons mid air and break up fast as the chase continued. 4:49pm Harriet on the nest, two adults still flying thru and beyond the pasture. 4:52pm M15 landed on the tree top and we thought it looked like he was eating. 4:53pm both leave the tree. 4:56pm Harriet back to the nest with the fish. 5:02pm Intruder lands on the attic, flies off at 5:03pm heading west. Harriet screaming! 5:05pm Intruder back on upper branch, then flies off. 5:11pm One adult flew from the west and chased after the one who left the upper nest tree. 5:12pm Harriet resumes incubating after eating her fish. 5:33pm M returns home to treetop perch! ~~

Wow! Lots of action! I am so glad that no one got hurt in these interactions today. Sleep well Harriet and M and stay safe! Thank you for watching!

I found it!
One of MinnaNH poems!
:ty: Sung to the tune, "Living on Tulsa Time"

:%:
Well, here I am in Florida thanks to my old computer
Talking on the eagle chatters line
I'm watching M & Harriet and loving every minute
While they're raising eaglets high up in the pine.
Well then I got to thinking about Harriet's high-jinxing
And how she fools me every time
I had no business guessing when she'd decide to start her nesting
She's gonna go by eagle time.
refrain
Waiting on Harriet's time
Waiting on Harriet's time
Gonna set my watch back to it
But I know she'll just undo it.
I'm now living life on eagle time. :%:

Sunnybird, thanks for sharing one of Minna's terrific poems. So true...eagle time does not correspond to our clocks in the same way!

Philjo, sorry to hear about the owl attack at DH.
