Winds 13 mph from the east, with wind gusts 25 mph.

Good Sunday morning. E23 will be 119 days old in a few minutes. Tick Tock.
The young eagle must have been really tired last night and did not seem to be bothered by owls or anything else. Slept almost entire night on the attic tucked. Was awakened as the sun came up by the pesty Loggerhead shrikes. Enough was enough and E23 flew to the church side snag. Unfortunately, the 2 shrikes followed. E23 did not stay long on the snag and flew, maybe NNE.

0644 E23 flies off church snag and goes to office oak.

E23 returned to the nest and tried to rest but Loggerhead shrikes pestering relentlessly. E23 goes to the U branch for a while and wind surfs. Finally, E23 had enough of little birds and goes soaring.
