Mom reflected in E22's eye

E21 is three weeks old now and E22 is 19 days! Enjoy some nice closeups of them with E21 on the left and E22 on the right. Beautiful zooming on E21's face and showing the pin feathers & sheath emerging on the wing & cute tails. The E's are like bookends as they sleep together on the nest.


2 cuties looking up at Mom

Harriet is on the attic and we can see her image reflected in E22's eye as it is looking up at her ♥ She alerts on the attic over something she saw - but nothing could be seen from cam 3. I also included some footage of M15 on the attic and his image is reflected in E22's eye too!! What a special moment to see this! Thank you for watching!

M15 begins a feeding with the leftover opossum that was on the nest from yesterday. He begins the feeding with E21. After a few minutes, E22 makes its way over and starts to grab bites!! It is a peaceful feeding with no bonking and both E's eat well! E21 & E22 vie for the same bite of food - E22 wins! When M15 is finished, we see two huge crops as they make their way over to the rails and sleep in a food coma!! ♥ It was a good day for feedings today for both E21 and E22. Thank you for watching!


E21 does a crop drop, they both have huge crops, nap time for E22.

Good Friday morning everyone. Quick scan through the night shows a nice quiet dry night for the eagle family.
Family getting ready for bedtime yesterday:

18:21:56 Family time before settling for the night. M15 is aerating nest to make it nice and soft for his family.

18:22:54 With full crops it is Nite Nite time for E21 (on right) and E22 (on left).

18:23:00 Harriet looks up from the nest as M15 goes to the attic to start his night watch.

A new day begins for the SWFL eagle family. It is and Temperature is 51.8 degrees F.

06:13:46 Soft vocals from Harriet.

06:16:28 Harriet leaves the nest.

06:16:32 Harriet joins M15 on the Attic branch.

These eaglets not only frequently sleep in the same positions, but now are producing pellets at almost the same time.

07:07:19 E21 produces a pellet.

07:07:43 E21 watches E22 trying to expel a pellet.

07:08:19 E22 finally expels the pellet and shakes head with open beak like "Gross". White arrows point to pellets.

0750 Both EEs seek the shelter of M15, E22 lower. It's a cool breezy morning. 54 degrees.
