High-pressure building at the surface will bring an offshore flow through the weekend with some gusty winds possible below passes & canyons. Aloft, an upper-level low remains stalled off the southern California coast drawing subtropical moisture across the region. Expect variable high cloudiness with lows in the 20's and 30's. We'll remain under partly to mostly cloudy skies on Saturday with a few sprinkles or flurries possible. Cooler with highs in the mid to upper 40's, east-northeast winds 5-15mph at times. High clouds will thin out a bit on Sunday as the offshore flow weakens, allowing temperatures to warm slightly with highs in the lower 50's. The low could return on Monday with more clouds and a slight chance of showers, then fair with near-normal temperatures for the remainder of the week.
