* Clive leaves at 8.22.15Am
* The eggs are left uncovered for 11.32mins
* Connie returns at 8.33.47Am
* Connie does at crop drop at 9.08.39Am. Good to see she has eaten with being on the nest so much.
I could hear the children at one point again. I think Clive is still having some problems with the noise.

Looks like a power outage at the eagle cam equipment box... Possible ants in box causing issues or weird power outage. Sometimes it comes back on its own. Regardless we will have someone take a look

On Monday. Sadly, this had to happen on Christmas eve... Merry Christmas Everyone! Be safe!

Re: Captiva/Sanibel Island Eagle Cam 2021/22
Clive spent almost 3 hours on the nest incubating the eggs after the cam came up. It appears things are back to normal after he was spooked on the Dec 23 and he was not doing his share of the incubating or coming to the nest when the cams went down.
Connie is on the nest at 6.27Pm

Re: Captiva/Sanibel Island Eagle Cam 2021/22
* Clive finally shows up at 5.57.13Pm
* Connie totally ignores him and you can see it in her face
* Clive leaves again at 5.59.26Pm
It obvious that Clive is still not back to himself. It was quite noisy on the property today and he still having problems with the noise and not coming in to help with the incubation of the eggs like he was prior to Thursday
Connie has been the only one since 11.27.25Am that has been on the nest rolling, aerating and incubating the eggs. She one determine Eagle. You have to admire her after all she been through and her instinct to reproduce new generation of eagles is so strong
