[SWFEC Mod]

NEST ACTIVITY - SATURDAY OCTOBER 23rd

1:41pm Harriet arrives on the upper branch, flies off at 1:49pm to the CSPS.

2:02pm M15 to attic. Harriet flies to ground in the pasture and grabs grasses - takes them to the nest. M15 hops down to nest right before she arrives.

2:09pm Harriet to outer attic; M15 to attic at 2:10pm.

NEST ACTIVITY - SATURDAY OCTOBER 23rd

3:14pm Harriet to the nest. M15 to the nest, both move material.

3:15pm Harriet to the attic via the veranda.

3:17pm M15 to the attic via the veranda, Harriet flies into the pasture.

3:40pm M15 flies across the road.

4:10pm Harriet in with a stick, places it then to the outer attic via the veranda.

NEST ACTIVITY - SATURDAY OCTOBER 23rd

4:15pm Harriet flies off North to the tall power pole.

7:05pm M15 to the treetop perch.

7:09pm M15 drops to the outer branch.

7:20pm Harriet to the nest with a squirrel.

NEST ACTIVITY - SATURDAY OCTOBER 23rd

7:23pm Harriet to the veranda, feaks, to the attic, joins M15 on the outer branch, feaks more.

8:02pm Harriet to the outer attic and back to the nest, eating squirrel.

8:32pm Harriet tries downing the whole squirrel pelt, not working, she pulls it out and tries again.

8:34pm Harriet finally gets the pelt down, goes to the veranda and feaks, then to the attic, and back out next to M15.

8:38pm M15 to the outer attic, looking in the nest to see if Harriet left any crumbs.

8:39pm M15 to the attic.

8:40pm M15 is settling on the attic with Harriet on the outer branch. The day closes after stick and grass additions to the nest followed by a day of rest. Sleep safely H & M.

Friday pm 10/22/21
Hello night peeps! So glad we finally made it to the weekend More time to watch the eagles. M has his head tucked. Resting well. Not sure if Harriet is awake or not. The moon is peeking through the nest tree pine sprigs

Both Harriet and M have now tucked their heads. There's the moon. It just popped out from behind the greenery. Right before it goes out of camera view.

Two sleepy eyed eagles Shaking off a few bugs. Not much wind at all. Very light traffic too.
9:26 pm

*Camera 1sound observations. On cam 1. I noticed, at least for me: sometimes there is not sound at all. So I flip to camera 2, then back to camera 1. And I have sound Also the play back speed always changes. You all know that right? So when you change it back to 720 or 1080HD, the sound gets much better.! I'm not a technology genius. That's the best way I can describe it . BBL

No birdy has moved. Still tucked

Harriet still snoozing. M is zipping his magnificent tail feathers.

Saturday am. 10/23/21
Both eagles are at full attention. Watching southeast. M has his head turned as far as it will go to his left.
12:48 am

Then he turns all the way around to face that way (stage right) Harriet continues to watch that way too. No vocals

I hear people talking? Also see movement by the church side fence. I'm inclined to think it is a horse walking by, but without the pond camera to confirm or disprove have no way of knowing. H&M start to doze, but then both, again, look that way No vocals.

Harriet's turn to zip her magnificent tail feathers

M starts to tuck, but stops to look again. Harriet has heavy eyes. Hard to keep them open

H & M I see a tail swishing. It is a horse by the church fence (green highlight)

Harriet big, long wing stretch. Then back to

Precious eagles If you look close, can see the horse by church fence.

It has been a peaceful night. Lots of resting, and a bit of watching. No vocals. Rest well. Be safe sweet eagles. peeps!

7:08am - Harriet (L) and M15 are starting to wake up...

7:10am - Harriet flew to the Outer Attic Branch and then dropped down to the nest.

7:10am - And then right after Harriet dropped down to the nest, M15 flew directly to the Attic Branch.

7:11am - Harriet and M15 are now in their nest working together.

7:15am - After working in their nest, Harriet made her way up to the Outer Attic and then
M15 flew up to the Attic Branch.

7:15 - Harriet and M15 then bonded up on the Outer Attic Branch
