gretchen_AEF — 22:22 SATURDAY TUCK-IN: Home again for the night they are! Samson is in view on Cam 1 (Wallenda branch) and Gabby on Cam 2 (high on the Sunset branch). A peaceful night in the Hamlet. SED to our blessings! :RJEmoji:

jd_AEF — 23:31 10:33 pm Samson hopped down to a lower branch on Wallenda..(See photos of barred owl visit that interrupted his peaceful sleep at 11:23 pm. ) At 11:25 pm Samson hopped into the nest...at 11:30 pm he went up to Sunset Branch with vocals for his Gabby. They can both be seen on cam 2 at this time. Big joyful rouse at midnight ...otherwise, all is peaceful.

jd_AEF — 00:35 After the fact, on rewind, we see a little barred owl at the nest last night at 11:23 pm on cam 4...looks like that's what chased Samson from his perch on Wallenda branch. Stay away, little owl...leave our Sam alone! :BarredEmoji:
