gretchen_AEF — 23:09 MONDAY TUCK-IN: Not a thing to report tonight as far as sightings other than deer by the nest tree. Faithful Samson arrived at the nest this morning with a fish and stayed for some time. I'm guessing he knows where the kids are or have been if they are still in the area, otherwise he would have likely drop off a fish to have ready for them when they arrive like they have done in past years. Wherever they are, we wish them the best, and oh how they have blessed us with a spectacular season. SED everyone!

jd_AEF — 23:38 Flying squirrel hopped across the nest quickly on cam one at 11:36 pm...may be coming back to check out those bones.

TUESDAY TUCK-IN: No sightings of our Hamlets today at the nest or at the ET or LY. I will be going into the area tomorrow where Samson and Gabby often perch. I'll sure be checking for them. The ropes and signs securing the nest area have been removed and the lawn mowed and clean up is done. Here’s Glenn (ground crew) with a weed grown taller than he is before mowing. Florida eagle nesting season was over May 15. Did our eagles get the memo?
