We have a sleepover last night. First, since H17 left.

* Dad arrives on the branching branch at 12.54.11Am and Mom arrives at 12.54.54Am
* Both very vocal and on alert
* Again at 2.38.17Am Mom and Dad are awake and on alert and vocals
* Dad drops to the nest at 6.14.06Am maybe looking for nestovers
* He moves back to the branching branch at 6.15.02Am and then flies away at 6.15.54Am
* Mom flies out right behind him at 6.16.00Am

* At 7.25Am no one home

Cam was down for a while today and came back up at 4.09Pm

First Bonding at the nest today

* Dad arrives on the nest at 7.30.51Pm. He picks around in the nest a bit but then moves to the branching branch at 7.31.45Pm
* Mom arrives next at 7.33.18Pm on the nest
* She poking around in the nest and appeared to have found some nestovers. Maybe on the nest while the cam was down
* Dad joins her at 7.34.31Pm in the nest and it looks like she gives Dad a piece of the nestover
* Dad moves back to the branching branch at 7.35.34Pm and Mom joins him at 7.36.02Pm
* At 7.36.56Pm Mom and Dad bond on the branching branch. Not sure how successful that was but there was an attempt
* Both move to the high perch and at 8.017Pm.

* Mom and Dad end up spending the night up on the high perch of the branching branch
* I think it was Mom who left first and then Dad but both were gone by 6.16.21Am
* 7.10Am neither has returned to the nest tree

It rained yesterday most of the day and no eagles came to the nest

* Wet nest and no eagles as of 7.36.30Am

Didn't see Mom or Dad all day. Empty nest tonight other than our little web maker who is now making its web to the left of the nest.

The rain finally stopped and the nest is drying out nicely. Mom and Dad were not around all morning but Dad finally showed up this afternoon

* Dad lands on the branching branch at 4.54.35Pm and is looking around. Maybe looking for Mom
* He does not stay long and flies off the branching branch at 4.55.38Pm
