Good afternoon everyone. Currently there is no one home at the nest. Legacy is probably out looking for lunch. At 1:09 pm, not much to report in the first hour of my shift. It is a great day for Legacy to be out and about with hardly no wind right now. Well guess who came home, yes Legacy. It looked like Sam brought in some kind of food, not sure what that was, lol. You could hear Legacy coming in with vocals and flew around the nest a couple of times before landing. Legacy is now eating whatever that was and Sam took off. This all occurred at 2:40 pm. Nice to see Legacy home and eating. Legacy finishes eating with what looked like some type of fish and moves to the LOP at 2:52 pm with lots of vocals. My shift is about over. I will see you all tomorrow. Have a great rest of the day. Take care.

TUESDAY TUCK-IN: Legacy loves her nest but today her frequent flights and time away from the nest escalated a bit. She flew from the nest during chat low over Glenn's house screaming all the way 🗣 with mom in view in the LY 🦅. She landed near her and chittered away like crazy 🗣 until mom decided to move over to another branch 😂. Dad was a tree away avoiding the yipping (lol) 🙉 . He soon flew over and was perched next to mom :RJEmoji: and the family is roosting in "Camp LY" together tonight. It was a sweet sight. Here are some photos from tuck tonight (family together & mom and Legacy earlier

00h18. At one point we had to be well prepared to find this kind of view, an empty nest. Nothing has been done yet, but it will not be long. Legacy, thank you for preparing us for this certain eventuality) several days ago so I already feel ready. :rh:

Mostly clear and sunny this morning, temps low 70's, winds very light, less than 5 mph. Very small chance of any rain! Rain chances increase in the afternoon and evening hours.

00:35 am she starts calling to Mom and Dad!

jd_AEF — 06:48 Special note: Dolly Parton will perform on Good Morning America this morning
Off goes Legacy at 6:51 am
