Day: Mostly sunny, with a high near 62. Light and variable wind.

Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45. Light southeast wind.

It has been a quite few days since I checked up on Hope and Chandler how the incubation going. All appears to be going well here

6.33Am Hope protects as a squirrel goes past her

Hope flies off and we see the eggs are good

Chandler arrives and takes over. He got blood on his tail feathers. From what I do not know but he looks fine

6.10Pm Hope is back on the eggs for the night. She and Chandler are both taking their turns in incubating. Won't be that long before Pip watch starts here

Day: Sunny, with a high near 55. Breezy, with a northwest wind 16 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 44 mph.

Night: Clear, with a low around 36. West wind 5 to 9 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

• Egg #1: February 8, 2024 4.37Pm

• Egg #2: February 11, 2024 3.25Pm

• Egg #3: February 14, 2024 6.35Pm

The first egg will be 35 Days old on March 14, 2024. Delay incubation was done here and I do not expect a pip but PIP Watch will start. I really can't believe it has already been 32 days since Hope laid her first egg

2.27Pm Chandler gets up and one egg is broken. It appears Chandler picks something up from beside the egg and moves it or digests it
