Good Morning (Hopefully)

6:00am The Es are moving some on the nest, still resting though. M15 is on the OCT, Harriet in a front pine. There is a Woodstork perched on the pasture snag.

NEST ACTIVITY- SUNDAY JUNE 7TH

6:08am E15 is up, preening. A few squees from E16. Harriet vocal.

6:21am E15 flaps all around the nest and up to the spike base.

6:39am Woodstork flies off.

6:41am M15 flies off the OCT toward the pond.

6:45am Harriet flies out of the front pine to the outer attic, vocal.

6:52am Harriet preens on the outer attic.

7:29am M15 in with a headless fish, everybirdy vocal. Big mantle, E16 claims the fish.

M15 to the attic. Big Fish!

7:31am M15 leaves the nest tree flying north over the pond.

7:36am E15 in trying to steal, E16 defends their food.

7:53am Cormorant catches a fish in the pond, takes it to the bank by the fence.

NEST ACTIVITY- SUNDAY JUNE 7TH

7:54am Harriet flies off the outer attic, to the pond for the steal, but the the Cormorant takes the fish back in the water and swallows.

7:56am Harriet flies back to the nest tree.

8:04am E15 comes in for the steal and takes the fish from E16.

8:20am Harriet leaves the nest tree, flies East then North.

9:03am E16 big wingers hops to the rails near the veranda thinking about going up.

9:04am E16 flap hops round the nest.

9:10am E16 lies down, E15 standing on the rails.

9:16am Rain starts.

9:41am E15 flaps & hops around the nest.

10:00am E16 upper or closest to the rails, and E15 lower or in the center of the nest.

10:37am E16 bites at E15’s feathers.

12:33pm E16 up attacking the thick stick and winging.

12:34pm More wingers by E16.

12:43pm Anhinga swims to West side of pond with a fish. Harriet flies there, flushes all the birds, then to the bank by the fence.
