.Guess what I found? Another wonderful video from LadyHawk!!! :vid: :thumlft:

Our beautiful pair looking at us watching them! :D (from the video)

From Lady Hawk

Harriet and M both fly to the nest tree early in the morning. They drop down to the nest to check things out - then fly back to the attic and share a moment of bonding. Afterwards M stays up on her back ♥♥ Harriet does not even seem to mind! Cam 1 and Cam 2 views.

A few minutes later, M departs first and Harriet follows him as they fly off across the road. We have some zooming on E14's memorial beginning at 6:50. What a beautiful outpouring of love for our baby from our viewers. We miss you E14 so much! 💕💕 Thank you for watching.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who personal messaged (and posted) me while I took a much needed retreat, from the forum, after the passing of our beloved E14. To each one of you - your thoughts and prayers meant so much to me... more than you'll ever know.
Now, I look forward to continue to post and document Harriet and M15's life for as long as the cams remain active.

Also, I am currently in the midst of moving, so I will not be as active as I would like to be here in the forum for awhile...but I and MaryF will be checking in daily. If anyone of you have any questions, please feel free to contact us any time. ~Journi

Hi Journi!
It’s so good to see you back! Good luck with your move.

I wish I could un-see and un-know what happened to E14. But all I can do is watch H & M and follow their example of moving forward, one step or one wing at a time.

It’s been quite a week of homecoming with Sam and Roberto back in chat and you back on the forum. I’m hoping that’s a sign of good things ahead.

Thanks for your update! :huggie: ❤️🦅

.
Good morning Peggy - Thank you...and thank you for warm posts, last week, while I retreated not only from the forum, but also into nature after E14 passed on. Nature and the "wild-ones" always help me to find balance and peace.
And, yes, now is the time to follow Harriet & M15's example of "moving forward, one step or one wing at a time".
(Very well said!)

As far as my move - my goal is to move where I will be living surrounded by nature so I can expand my nature photojournalism skills. (I'm not even sure if I will even have an internet connection for while. So...It will be one day at a time as I move forward in my life.)

Have yourself a warm and peace-filled day Peggy! 🌻
Best wishes,

Peggy :)

Hello everyone. I visited the nest early this morning.

H & M Away Watching Sunrise At The River? E14's Memorial Grows 01-24-20

Much to my dismay, Harriet & M15 did not return to their nest tree while I was there, but waited an hour after I left to return. The sunrise was beautiful and I like to think they were watching it 'riverside'. Sunrise was calming thinking of E14 watching it too, wing in wing with E3, E5 and Ozzie. E14's memorial continues to grow as everyone adds to it. One distant vocal was heard but, no sighting of our pair. Swallows raced back and forth in the west pasture catching insects.

I'm grateful that eagles live in the 'now'. It would have been unbearable to watch them grieving for too long.
If only we could do the same :rh:
