tweetie_AEF (Moderator): Good Saturday evening, happy Hamlet viewers! Samson flew in and briefly perched on the Wallenda Branches at 6:07, then to the nest. He stood next to Gabrielle for a couple minutes offering to take a shift incubating, but it was clear she softly told him she was fine, and he flew off at 6:10. He knows there is no point in arguing! Lol! ''
Jan 18, 7:32 PM
tweetie_AEF (Moderator): Gabrielle was up at 6:24, rolled their sweet eggs, which she is very good at, and after a little more fluffing, settled back down.

Jan 18, 21:41 gretchen_AEF (Admin): SATURDAY TUCK-IN: Apologies as your ground crew wasn't available to tuck tonight, but we were in the Hamlet celebrating with residents on this joyous and fabulous week of events. What a blessing it is to come to view the cams and see an eagle present incubating. Be certain Samson is in the Hamlet roosting nearby. That is exactly what Romeo usually did. All is well. SED to all!

Jan 18, 22:30 jd_AEF (Moderator): 10:29 pm Gabrielle calls out to Samson and he responds.."everything is fine here"...off in the distance.

Jan 18, 22:31 jd_AEF (Moderator): She goes right back to incubating her sweet eggs.

It’s the Stroke of Midnight and that means it is officially the birthday of Dolly Parton, a great Lady and a wonderful friend to AEF and Eagles, who was born on this day in 1946 in Sevier County, Tennessee. Wishing Dolly continued success, health and happiness on her special day! 🎂 🎉 🎁 We are so grateful for all you do and for who you are, Dolly! Happy Happy Birthday! ♥

Jan 19, 00:01 jd_AEF (Moderator): Gabrielle stood up at 11:59 pm to honor Dolly and to roll NE22 and NE23. Back to sleep now.
