2:51 pm Mrs BB is feeding the kids but her body is in the way.

2:53 pm This feeding is over. It's too windy. Mrs BB has the kids tucked in.

2:58 pm WOW!!! That was one heck of a strong wind gust that just hit the nest. Hope this will be over soon.

3:11 pm Mrs BB was calling for Shadow.

He arrived with a BIG fish! I'm so proud of you Shadow!

[RitaR]

3:12 pm Oh my gosh but the wind is horrible today.

3:16 pm Something or someone else must be flying around the nest. They have both been making alert calls.

[RitaR]

Oh my gosh! Shadow brought in two fish! Not just the one. Shadow you are a keeper!

3:33 Mrs BB is up and feeding the kids.

[RitaR]

They both have decent full crops.

Meal is over and Mrs BB is getting them snuggled back under her. It's too windy to leave them out in the open for long.

3:46 pm Have a feeling Mrs BB is closing her eyes more because of the wind and not so much being sleepy.

[RitaR]

4:10 pm It just started raining at the nest.

Or is that hail?

[RitaR]

4:34 pm Mrs BB is trying to feed them again.

Both of them did eat a bite of fish.

[RitaR]

A few more bites of fish for this one.

They are both full. One of them even turn around.

4:44 pm Mrs BB tucked them back under. Wind gusts are still hitting the nest now and then.

5:07 pm It continues to be really windy at the nest.

[RitaR]

5.30 pm The storm is really hitting the nest now. Winds, hail and rain!

[RitaR]

6:02 pm Steady rain at the nest now.

6: 22 pm Rain and wind have stopped for the moment. Mrs BB is up to do a feeding.

Feeding continued.

Both getting some nice pieces of fish.

[RitaR]

The little crops are getting stuffed full with this meal.

6:33 pm They are done eating now. This was a great and very filling night time meal for them.

[RitaR]

6:45 pm Shadow arrived.

Mrs BB is up.

Mrs BB and Shadow are eating now.
