You are welcome, Kitcat. I did finally watch it and kept saying, oh, poor baby, to myself. :
She looked very scared. I am now glad that they don't show the drop to the ground on the cam.
I am not good with heights anymore. The older I get the more nauseous it makes me.
Dr. Sharpe, Nate and that whole team are an amazing group of people.
So glad for all their hard work and dedication.

On your mark, and get set!
And GO!
Beautiful takeoff!
So glad to see this. She was so deliberate in her actions, she knew what she had to do. Been waiting , it seems, forever.
Fly high and free little one! The sky is yours!

Hi jwin. So beautiful and so different from last season. She is a beautiful eaglet and I wish her well. Hopefully she’ll be home tonight.

This is so sweet.
She must be exhausted. Sleeping at 3:36 in the afternoon.
I haven't seen her too many times since she left. I'll bet she has some new friends. Before she fledged I was hearing lots of squeeing near the nest that wasn't her.
- Sleeping
Get a load of that huge branch.
I wish I had seen it brought in to the nest. It looks enormous.

Hi jwin, that’s so sad. This has really been a bad year for eagle nests.

I read on Facebook that Dad Jax brought in a rather messy meal of seal placenta for Mom Audacity yesterday - and managed to drag it over her head. So - if you see what looks like blood on her head - it's not hers, and she got a good meal in the process!
It definitely was sad about the first egg, jwin and Marianne. Today is the likely day for her to lay her next one - and we are all keeping our fingers crossed.
