Good Morning everyone, another exceptional day today at the nest! So anxious to see if we have have a 2nd hatch under way, or maybe even little one made it out last night and we have two!

Just wanted to share a picture this morning of a very gutzy or stupid mouse walking in the nest.
look toward the top back of mom's tail and you can see it's little head peaking out. Mom must be very tired to not feel this little hitch-hiker near her.
Have a great day everyone

Here you have it wonderful fellow eagle fans

1 eaglet out
2nd on it's way, almost out of the egg!
So happy
Way to go and this nest sure is being rewarded from it's sad nest last year! Rewards time with healthy baby eaglets...go 3rd eaglet, we will wait patiently for your arrival!

Pa arrived, I didn't see any food delivery...that's not to say one isn't in the nest, I just haven't see the eaglet feed yet. Hope to capture that soon.

Family all together, but I did not see pa arrive so not sure if he was able to get a peek at his new offspring.
Busy morning at several nests and setting up my windows laptop to run via on my tv. Everything is happening so fast this morning and trying not to miss anything
You can see chick 1 is holding it's head up, thinking time for a feeding soon.
Chick 2 is almost completely out of it's shell, you can see it in the corner of Ma's left food, fuzzy gray fur ball.
So exciting!

I had some pic's of the 2nd eaglet and was trying to post and things went kattywompos with the site. Sorry to have lost the pictures but the important information is that we have two hatches and they both look great. Eaglet 1 is hungry and wants to eat. I see a fish and a UFO in the nest, but as yet been able to see a feeding. Not sure if it's Ma or Pa in the nest and if Pa, I assume he's waiting for Ma to be the first to feed. Seems to be the way it is with the mother and her babies.
Maybe someone else saw a feeding??
The site is working again for me so hopefully more pic's soon.

First Feeding from both parents, at least from what I have seen off and on today. The site was down for a bit this afternoon, they may have been feed then, but I'm thrilled to have these pictures.

Hello Bev,
There were 3 eggs and so far two eaglets have hatched. If you scroll up you can see pictures of both hatched eaglets, on the picture just above your comments the first born is feeding while resting on it's sibling and the other unhatched egg. Iam hopeful for the 3rd egg to hatch, it's my understanding they were all laid 3 days apart.
Rainna

Debs, I hope you don't mind me copying and pasting your Hatch Guidelines sheet for Bev to view.
So very sorry if I broke a rule, just read some of them and I may have done just that by posting Debs guide. Won't happen again, sorry.

While one of my many stop over's back home today I did see the eaglets being feed, didn't take a pic as I too was eating and well just couldn't quiet stomach that.

I hope know one minds, but I did catch a feeding today and took a video. I sincerely hope that third egg hatches soon. These two were really going at it.

Wow, that is the worst bonking I have seen yet on any nest; and to think these 2 are only hours apart in age. Hope #3 doesn’t get both of their wrath. So busy bonking they wouldn’t even eat and they wouldn’t stop. Nobody won that round.
