Good Morning everyone…bonjour Philjo. Yes, B15 graced us with their long, wonderful presence but maybe the lure of cooler temperatures and lofty thermals have 15 on their journey. Now it’s a wait and see game. Dad has been here but Missy hasn’t been seen in a couple of days and I don’t thinK she would leave before B15. Maybe they went on vacation together I’ll keep checking every now and then but here’s wishing everyone a great, healthy, safe summer and hope to see eagles and all back late fall.

I checked the DVR and found a little bird visiting the nest, singing joyfully.

Actions in the nest between 20h15 and 20h39
Dad came in first for some nestorations then joined Mom on a tree behind the nest tree but missed his landibg and flew a little bit away.
Dad is back in the nest, followed by Missy who is the first to fly away just followed by Dad at 20h39

The nest is mostly empty these days what with B15 leaving May 9. Missy and Dad stop by with a stick every now and then just to make sure their nest still has the No Vacancy sign out. This morning according to chat, a dove and a flycatcher dropped by.

8:31:59 Pa flies in, does a little airation, looks off yonder, 8:35:19 Missy joins, Pa "stomped" at 8:35:26-28. They aerated, Pa stomped more. He snipped on Mom. She went to the left branch at 8:38 and flew seconds later at 8:39. Pa watched, picked at floor, stood, to left branch at 8:41 and flew seconds later in the same minute.
